Lori Hess-Rosio is in her second career as a Realtor after 25+ years in healthcare. Lori and her husband Rich have been married 32 years. She was born and raised in Green Bay, settling in Suamico, where they raised two children, Jake and Elizabeth. She has family roots in the Lakewood area. Lori and Rich wanted their children to experience all that the Northwoods has to offer – camping, hunting, fishing and tradition. They began their real estate journey by purchasing vacant land in Lakewood where slowly developed on the weekends while camping. Eventually they purchased a cabin in Twin Bridge just west of Crivitz. They have rehabbed several properties throughout the years, developed land rentals and owned/operated a vacation property rental. Because of this, she understands the trials and tribulations from that perspective. They moved to their cabin permanently after their children were grown where they work together running a handyman business. She said her kids describe her as down to earth, relatable and budget minded and believes in transparency, work ethic and a straightforward approach. Her philosophy, “Treat others the way you want to be treated – with dignity and respect.” She understands that choosing the right real estate agent that fits your ideals and understands your goals is important. She looks forward to cultivating her passion while helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
