We prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA), to help you determine your home’s highest possible market value. We’ll also prepare a detailed “Estimated Seller Net Sheet.” The net sheet is a good faith estimate of how much equity you’ll walk away with at closing. We can save you thousands in commissions, but there are some selling expenses you can’t avoid (lien searches, doc stamps, estoppel, etc). We’ll go over everything with you in detail.


We’ll make suggestions on preparing your home to help attract the highest possible offers. We’ll begin to execute our proven marketing and advertising campaign.
